We are actively seeking a dynamic, innovative, and highly motivated Talent Partnerships Intern to join our Talent Partnerships team. Our Talent Partnerships team is at the forefront of ensuring our creator campaigns are successful. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive intern to support our Director of Talent Partnerships and enhance our team’s efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate is innovative, proactive and passionate about Influencer Marketing and the Creator Economy.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing
- Make strategic recommendations by identifying potential influencer partners for upcoming and current campaigns
- Review casting emails/lists and vet potential influencer partners for specific campaigns
Data Entry & Management
- Accurately enter and maintain Influencer insights & analytics across company CRM
- Ensure all information is up-to-date and accessible for the team
Administrative Support
- Provide support to our Talent Partnerships team ensuring smooth communication and workflow
- Schedule meetings, organize calendars, and manage other administrative tasks as needed
- Demonstrate passion for the agency, the work, and the client’s business
Qualifications
- College Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or a related field
- Experience and knowledge of best practices in social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
- Passion for following social media influencers and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills while prioritizing attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once with a high-level of organization, creativity and time management
- A positive, solution-centric approach with the ability to predict potential pitfalls and troubleshoot accordingly
- Strong organizational development with a penchant for quick adaptation to a rapidly evolving environment while balancing needs across clients, talent, and the organization
