Who to Follow for Fall Cocktail Inspo

Summer cocktail season, move over – autumnal recipes are back, and we shamelessly love them more than a frosé, if we’re being honest. There’s just something about cinnamon sugar on the rim of a healthy(ish) cocktail recipe that makes us feel like fall is in full swing, no pumpkins necessary. Tune in below to our favorite creators crafting recipes that are quick, easy and fun to make when you play mixologist at Friendsgiving.

@Join_Jules

We love following along Julianna McIntosh’s journey as a cocktail connoisseur on IG. Her aesthetically pleasing cocktails made with fresh ingredients are a gorgeous addition to your newsfeed, and also your dining table. With a rapidly growing audience on TikTok as well and a cheeky podcast named “The Art of Drinking” in tow, we feel like we’re getting expert content from a digital friend on Jules’ page.

@DanMagro

Dan Magro isn’t just any mixologist – he’s a cool mixologist, and we’re living for his creative concoctions on Instagram lately. The micro-influencer and author of “Suck it Up: Extraordinary Cocktails For Everyday People” is giving us all the insider tips and tricks, in ways we can actually bring home to our own bar cart. We’re especially fans of how Dan uses natural flowers and plants to garnish his drinks of choice. Cue, chef’s kiss.

@TheWeekendMixologist

Barlow Gilmore of the Instagram account, “The Weekend Mixologist” is serving us all the inspo for our fall cocktail menu. Each recipe is beautifully arranged, and Barlow is quick to share all the details with his audience – from brule’d peaches to a banana twist on an espresso martini, expect to be pleasantly surprised (and impressed).

@Apartment_Bartender

The apartment bartender on Insta is just that; a spirit-savvy bartender crafting cocktails out of his Denver-based home for us to stalk. Not to mention, Elliot’s taste for good design and architecture is a match for his recipes – and we love how he showcases his lifestyle as a Dad on social media, too 🙂

@IvyMix

Ok – let’s start with Ivy’s enviable Insta bio, which self declares her passion for travel, booze and shenanigans, all in which we can get behind when brainstorming our perfect fall cocktail recipes. We live that Ivy’s entrepreneurial spirit shines through, as the founder of @Leyendabk, an author and drinks educator on social and IRL. (Check out her bar’s fall cocktail menu, which includes her classic Chilcano. Mouth = watering!)

@HolyCityHandCraft

If you’ve ever found yourself intimidated by a fancy cocktail in chic glassware, drinks and lifestyle influencer Miguel has changed the game with easy to follow films. The producer and videographer specializes in more crafts than one, expressing himself through his art and his recipes – like a frozen tiki cocktail recipe that yes, is lit on fire. It’s a must-watch reel, on repeat.

@BeautifulBooze

I mean, need we say more? Natalie Migliarini’s cocktail creations and travel content have us swooning to host a cocktail party where we can put these recipes to the taste-test. The NYC-based creator is starring in Netflix’s very own ‘Drink Masters’ show this month, alongside other experts behind the bar where we can watch and learn the real skills it takes to make her egg white cocktails, and more.

@CraftandCocktails

Through all of our libation insta-stalking and adding a variety of new drinks to our tab to try (in light of hard hitting news, of course) we can contest that fresh ingredients are the key to any top-tier beverage, and that’s the focus on Ashley Rose Conway’s page. The influencer is also a photographer, a visual artist, and the author of two renowned books, ‘The Art of the Barcart’ already on our shopping list.

@GardenCocktails

Stacie of Garden Cocktails on IG is an ethereal bartender’s dream – with unique recipes using all natural ingredients growing in her very own NYC back ‘yard’! Referred to as a ‘Cocktail Garden’, expect to find recipes showcased with edible flowers, juicy berries and every cocktail connoisseur’s secret, herbs. We’re inspired to try out Stacie’s recipes using fall-favored ingredients found in nature, and also a **gentle** reminder to water our plants…

It’s fall of 2022, and it’s time to spice things up. So, forget the wine nights and charcuterie boards, and bring on the premium cocktails and butter boards (if you haven’t seen the viral TikTok trend, we would highly recommend that next.) Finding a signature cocktail recipe has never been easier through these fun and vetted influencers in the space. What will you be mixing up on the next girl’s night in? Bottoms up.
